Keeneyes was formed 25 years ago, specialized in importing and
distributing   various kinds of chemicals, which are widely applied to
industries in Taiwan.

      Since 1992, Keeneyes' business scope has been expanded to include
importing   and exporting materials  to  and  from   Mainland  China.
By extending   its trading   Arm to China, Loyal group has set a foundation
for   close  integration  of  its production  and  trading   divisions.  It is a key
goal   of  Loyal's  chairman  Y.C. Liao   to  achieve   horizontal  integration
of   these  business , as he foresees a  difficult   road ahead    for  trading
companies   that  are  not  associated   with    manufacturing  or  other
businesses.

     Together, Loyal and Keeneyes from a symbiotic relationship combining
manufacturing and worldwide distribution. However Keeneyes also operates
as its own company, handling primarily the import and export of chemicals
and   related products. While manufacturing has assumed a bigger and bigger
role   for the Loyal Group, the company's foundation in trading continues to
be  important to the firm's growth, with sales accounting for some US$25
million   in revenues each year.
